Cancelation Policies

1.      Cancellation 15 days or more prior to the arrival date: No penalty.*

2.     Cancellation between 14 and 5 days prior to the arrival date: Partial charge of 50% of the stay value.*

3.     Cancellation within 4 days prior to the arrival date or in case of a "no-show": Full charge of 100% of the stay value.**

Penalties:

• In the case of a cancellation between 14 and 5 days prior to the arrival date**, a charge of 50% of the stay value will be applied to the credit card used for the reservation. If payment was made via electronic transfer, cash, website, or secure payment link, a 50% refund of the stay value will be processed.*
• In the case of a cancellation within 4 days prior to the arrival date** or in the event of a no-show, a charge of 100% of the stay value will be applied to the credit card used for the reservation. If payment was made via electronic transfer, cash, or website, no refund will be issued.*

Additional Notes:
*Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a 5% retention fee for bank costs and/or commissions. This retention fee does not apply to payments made via electronic transfer or cash.
** The date and time for cancellations and penalties are based on the check-in day and time in Mexico City.

Hours

• Check-in: 15:00 hrs.
• Check-out: 12:00 hrs.

Reservations

To confirm any reservation, H21 Hospedaje Boutique will charge the equivalent of one night’s stay at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be settled at the reception upon check-in.

Reservations will be considered confirmed once the proof of payment or confirmation of the charge has been received by our reservations team.

Additional Guests
The charge for additional guests is as follows:

• Ages 0-3: No charge
• Ages 4-12: $500.00 MXN
• Ages 13 and older: $700.00 MXN

Other Terms

• Your room is guaranteed for "late check-in."
• Requests for "early check-in" and/or "late check-out" are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests, without exception, must present a valid ID to be granted the room.
• Reservations made by individuals under 18 years of age are not accepted.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult who can demonstrate a familial relationship.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parking is subject to availability.
